Structural Tee’s are an integral part of today’s steel building design. Unfortunately splitting these out of Wide Flange Beams results in unwanted curves in these structural members that need to be straight.

Recently a customer contacted us about a trailer load of Tee’s that were unusable because of these stated curvatures. They had tried both mechanical forces and heat to correct the parts to no avail.

We were able to correct all the parts with our structural roller with a turnaround of 4 business days.

Before Straightening the WT beams

A flatbed lorry parked on a street carries several large steel beams stacked on top, with Atlas Industries’ welding and metal bending expertise evident amid industrial buildings and a cloudy sky in the background.

After Straightening the WT beams

Often, we’re known to put curves into structural, but for this order we needed to restore straightness!

Well-Done Guys!
