Fabrication of raisebore drilling platforms for mining.
One of the biggest mining companies in Canada contracted us to fabricate various sizes of raisebore drilling platforms. The largest and heaviest platform was 8 meters long with an extendable capacity of 11 meters and weighed approximately 63,000 lbs.
Our team was involved in the design, provided the stress analysis of these platforms, and received engineering approval. The fabrication was completed by our CWB qualified welders. When the painting was completed, we arranged shipment for these platforms to the customer.

Against the tight project deadline, our team successfully completed this job including estimating, designing, drafting, fabrication and painting.
