We provide bent truss webbing for production truss assemblies. These assemblies are jig-built requiring the highest degree of accuracy and uniformity.
The customer requested that we supply many different configurations from multiple sizes of round tubing and supply the product within a tight budget ceiling.
We utilized the programming feature of our CNC bender to catalog many different programs. This facilitates quick and efficient repeatability of product runs whether in large or small quantities.
We feel a great sense of pride in being able to supply these components that enhance our customer’s production capabilities.
Challenges
We have been able to generate more accurate parts in greater quantities on shorter notice than our customer was previously able to do themselves in-house. And we’re doing this within the requested budgetary framework.

Our customer shared that their assembly workers are very pleased with the consistent, accurate parts provided by our shop.
